Well, today I received my new BSA. What a beauty she is! Anyway, I got to shoot her today at 50 and the results are this:The first group with the AA’s measures 0.4”CTC. That’s 4/5 though, because one of the shots went waaaay out and stretched that to an 1” or so.The next group was with the JSB 15g measuring .78”CTC. Side to side was .28”CTC and vertically the group measured 0.71”CTC. That was either me pulling those shots or the power curve kicking in(?)(I was at 180ish bar when I shot this group)The next group was with the AA’s and measured 0.85”CTC (10 shots). Side to side: .34”, and .85” was the vertical spread. The next 5 shot group measured 0.45”CTC and was with the JSB 15g. 3 shots went into 0.09”CTC, and were the last three shots of the group. I really think I need a better scope (and a better shooter ) because at 9x I don’t really know if I’m aiming at the same spot every time or not. The crosshair is too big so my aim point (which is 1cm) is almost completely covered up by it.I just cleaned the barrel and will share some more groups tomorrow. There are only 2 things I’m worried about this one: Firstly, there is a “cling” when I pump the gun up coming from the receiver end. Any idea what this might be? The second thing is that the magazine retaining thing doesn’t want to go all the way in when the magazine is inserted. Thanks,AK
Sounds like you got a proper barrel this time. 24x mag is a good idea if you want to shoot tiny groups. Is it magazine that prevents the locking bar from going all in or does that happen also without magazine? That cling sound is weird, can't really think of any cause unless there's something loose in the air cylinder.

The cling you hear is probably the check valve for the fill port. Sounds like you have a shooter this time! Now, just give it time to let the mechanicals break/settle in...groups will tighten up a little more. Then maybe add a Huma regulator!
No, should I?I did some testing at 50 and 85 yards today. https://hosting.photobucket.com/images/i/AK_UaD/E241474A_0A20_42CC_8DA6_7B0F9CA53FBE.jpeg?width=1920&height=1080&fit=boundshttps://hosting.photobucket.com/images/i/AK_UaD/436BA43F_233B_4783_A16C_3E1FD610855E.jpeg?width=1920&height=1080&fit=boundsExtremely happy with these results. Will do more testing to make sure it will come close to this consistently. Thanks,AK
I have a question, I just switched my safety a few times and now it stops midway with a loud squeak before actuating. This goes both ways. Why is that? Thanks,AK

Why is that? Thanks,AKIf you adjust the triggers 1st stage take up screw too far, it drags on the safety notch of trigger blade while operating the safety lever. If you have adjusted nothing .. place a drop of oil on both sides of safeties pivot area & notch of trigger. * good idea anyways
