Thank you Scott I figured letís have a purpose besides ground squirrel shooting once in a while at least I can meet local shooters. Iíve been eyeballing some field target guns:) but Iíd like to try it before I buy more guns with my hw50 or hw95. Most of my pcp rigs are hunting specific and over 20 foot pounds naturally. The s510 in .177 looks like a good possible rig with a transfer port adjustment to tune to whatever the rules say.

If all the pcps you have are over 20ftlb for sure bring one of the springers.

Hold off buying anything until you come to at least a match or two. People will be more than happy to let you try their rigs. And there is always used stuff floating around. Other than a TX200 I bought decades ago I donít think I have ever purchased a field target rifle brand new.

If you do come on Sunday be sure to bring some water. It is going to be warm.

For FT, I'd buy 2nd hand 'cuz you are going to rough it up anyway  ;D

When I used my AA S5 for a pseudo FT,  I garbed it in clothing to prevent it from getting scratched  ;D
