It's too bad we can't find a commercial print shop that would be willing to print a few thousand for GTA at a good price and then members could buy packs of 50. It would be cheaper in the long run because I wasted a lot of ink and cardstock and I never could after all those tries get the scaling right. Therefore I never sent in a submission.
I went to a print shop with a copy of my target that measured 4" on the 8 ring and got them to print out targets for me on 70 or 80 # card stock. Told them to double check for 4" before they printed what I needed. But I would love to see video of you shooting your printer ;-) Fuss

I can print at 100% and get a full 4 MOA but the outside circle clips on both sides. I think I can change margins further but I need another driver for the printer to do that. If it works, I certainly can print out targets for those that cannot. Wont be cheap though, postage is awful nowadays.
Have you seen this site?https://www.gr8fun.net/index.php?main_page=page&id=4I've never had an issue with printing any of these. That is, when my printer is working, and yes, I do have a 25mm kill zone bullseye stuck right over the heart of my printer for possible future use. So far, patience has kept the printer from being a patient.
