Thanks Carl! What's the best way to get the valve loose so I can cut the straw out. I would love to be able to flip the tank and blow any water than may have collected out.

I would love to be able to flip the tank and blow any water than may have collected out.If you're collecting enough water in the tank to blow out when tipped upside down (even with the dip tube cut off), you're doing something really wrong! The idea is to keep it from getting into the tank in the first place! Any water in the tank will start to corrode the aluminum very quickly at 4500 psi. I've seen reports of corroded tanks failing after only a few months.
