Title: Hatsan USAŽ Model 25 Super Charger Air Pistol.
Post by: mikem5000 on July 14, 2012, 09:40:11 PM
junk....JUNK.....look at the recoil system and everyone here thought it was SAS.....not true its a piece of junk sliding on a plastic track without even being greased and a 2$ spring recoil. The handle has movement from right to left about 5/8"  so there is NO way you can accuratly put a scope on it....Its not what I was expecting from them as their rifles are hard hitting right in the range mofo's.
The pistol to me was a piece of junk you can waste your money on or but a real pistol by buying the Browning 800 ......I have both and would ride right over the 125 in my 4x4 and not fell any loss...........I wasted my money on a toy.....................
i guess thats why I buy Xbows and now went and bought the new Horton Havoc and Fury...I get more fun out of them then I ever would a plastic TOY shooting pellets.

Why don't you post an objective review of the Hatsan 25.  I too have the Browning version, and hold it in high regard.  It's my go-to pistol when I want the challenge of shooting a springer accurately.  Since you have both, you're in a good position to enlighten the rest of us to the merits and drawbacks of each.  I've already posted a brief review, complete with a target I shot, of the Browning.
I don't see how movement of the grip would effect sighting. RC

I speant the day testing mine.  500 + shots through it now.  At 20 yards, it will shoot 3/4" groups all day long with the BSA 2x scope. It does it with 3 different types of pellets too.  Any deviation from that is me not the gun. But its not hard to do and when I do miss it jumps to a 1" group.  What a pistol.

Well, you guys seem to be willing to put in the concentration it takes to shoot a springer well.  Most highly negative reviews I've read regarding springer pistols are from those who, seemingly, don't have a clue.  I shoot the Browning daily.  I'm curious to hear from someone who has shot both the Browning and the Hatsan 25 and can comment on the triggers, and if they might be interchangeable. I've never tried the Quattro trigger.   The trigger on the Browning is a little long, but crisp.  RC
