Yes, they are available in 22,25 and 9mm so I'd think they'd work great...I sure like mine, and have been considering a second one....no earthly reason why, but that's just me...

Do you need to pre-heat 4130 before tig welding? Stress relief post weld?

Yes, I did..even for an 1/8" tack, no preheat in summer, but torch warming after weld for a bit for slower cooling. Typically not necessary for tubing under .125 wall.
