Running some of my pneumatics through the crony I noticed one was shooting low velocity. The pistol needs cocked before it will pump and there is no air left over between shots. No less it was shooting 80 fps low.
So after disassembly this is what I found.

So decided to make a flat top pump head with an O ring. Took an old pump assembly for a 310 series and cut hte rubber plunger off. Made the inside of O ring pump cup and epoxied it to the modified OEM cup assembly. Pistol now is back up to power.

I saw that first pic and the "Well ma'am, here's your problem" from South Main Auto Repair came to mind. That looks good!
How hard does it shoot at full power?

At 6 pumps it shoots 300 fps. Crossman premiers 22 cal. The gun shot 195 fps before. The part was made with a file and a hand drill would be my guess.
