Be patient, they will get more in stock.I used my 177 DAR at the dairy yesterday and it is so much fun! It is a bit like light-tackle fishing to use a 177 at the dairy for pesting.I had both my 25 Uragan and my 177 DAR set-up next to me and all my shots were with the DAR. But there are no squirrels. I shot them all already. But they will be back in the Spring.RaySounds like a nice rifle. I'm assuming PRC is the mfg..

Look for a t nut like this to capture the spring on the hammer side of the ssg.
How's it working for you?
Quote from: RDB on January 03, 2022, 02:57:59 PMHow's it working for you?Hammer bounce is gone but I need to go back and adjust the regulator again. I will lob off the end of the screw and buff it all up when I'm done but it's pretty ugly right now!
When you do take it apart please take photos of the parts used to make it. Thanx

I set mine up to have just a hair of free flight.I've used these before in a ssg when I got the tune where I wanted it.

ThanxWill do!I am also thinking about doing a swap out premade SSG for the DAR if I can get parts from Joe. After purchasing 4 springs and trying them all (some stiffer, some lighter, some longer, some shorter), I found that borrowing the spring from the .25 (yes, all three guns, .177, .22 & .25 use the same spring), gave me the power I needed. The drawback was that I have more tension to pull back since the brad nut (T-nut without the prongs, just holes for brads) effectively shortens the spring by about 1/4".10/32 brad hole tee nuts were turned down on my lathe to fit inside the hammer and backing the screw out an 1/8" allows the hammer sear retaining nut to seat into the back of the tee nut. The head of the 10/32 brass screw's head was turned down to allow the nuts to thread on from the back but still have the slot for a screwdriver. Adjusting is easy, just use two nuts and jam them to lock them in place after adjusting.

My 177 and 25 are very different from each other. 177 is longer and thinner wire than the 25.
Mine was for a very short time. Leaky inaccurate horribly triggered gun. Haven’t missed it a bit. Sorry just my honest opinion.
