Wendell: authentic Mexican food it not hot... that is the American spin on it. If you go south of the boarder... it is amazing!
I love my wife.... This morning she whipped up new potatoes fried in garlic and butter topped with eggs over easy in the same garlic and butter and smothered with white peppered gravy. Franks, of course. And toast with butter and Welch's grape jam. Ice cold milk to wash it down.Only issue was.... I went a little too heavy on the Franks...

Yeah, I figured it was a big mistake putting Frank's on toast with butter and jam.
We do Chinese Take Out here on a regular basis Dinh... I always forget to add "Egg Drop Soup" that takes me back to the '70s!Thank you!
I had Chef Boyardee canned raviolli.. BUT topped it with shredded Cheddar and Franks hot sauce ( thanks to Bill).WOW... GAME CHANGER!
Didn't feel like cooking tonight, so we'd decided on Chinese takeout. Beef, chicken, and shrimp in garlic sauce; pork fried rice; chicken lo mein; boneless spare ribs; egg drop soup.Oh yeah, these hit all the right spots!

When I have Chicken noodle at home, other than homemade, if store bought, I prefer Lipton Chicken Noodle (the boxed kind with tiny noodles) and eggs dropped in it. And it is even better to add some bigger chicken chunks.
