Susan made Jamaican jerk chicken. Had mine with wild rice blend. Persimmon for dessert.
Went out to eat with my youngest and her husband. Here is some of the food we had.It was all real good. The dragon roll is basically a Mexican Sushi

Grilled up a Earl Campbell red hot link then slapped it on a bun and enjoyed a hotdog with mustard and Chachere's Creole seasoning downed with a Dr Pepper and some bbq chips. Quick simple yummy meal.
