How's the general quality of the main gun parts on these. I assume they must be pretty good with the amount of money guys sink in to them the base platform must be pretty good???Considering a carbine set up, and would like to keep it basic - steel breech, longer 18" barrel, scope or peep. Anything else you'd recommend as "basic"?
I have one that I change from a .177, with a 24" .22 barrel, along with a 3x9 Bug Buster, steel breech, Blue Fork band, FlatTop Valve, and piston, RB's Super Pumper and the Carbine Stock from Crosman! Love it! More accurate than I am! Also have two 1377's that I love and shoot everyday!........Johm
kj, you don't even won't to hear about the other 1377 or 2240 that I have been Modding for a while! When I became a member of the Forum, someone told me that they would help me spend my money! And they did! My Break Barrel's are getting to Safe Time! I am having to learn them all over again! With my old brain, I need to take notes! What pellet goes with which weapon, hold overs on fifty yard dinger,Etc....John
Buffalo, NY, United States 09/21/2013 1:05 A.M. Departure Scan * This was sent Saturday about the steel breech kit I ordered from Crosman. No word on the 24".22cal barrel that was ordered at the same time. Today like yesterday I am pricing the other parts I want. They are(1)metal barrel band.(2)muzzle brake,(3)pump arm pivot pin,(4)flat top piston and valve(5)flow thru bolt,(6)high rise rings, etc etc. I am right handed and lost my right eye in 95 to a acid splash at work. With the high rise scope rings I can aim a long gun using my left eye on my right side. I changed my trigger spring for weaker one I had and got around a one pound trigger pull now with vary little take up. woot over.
Here you go!
