But I don't have a new 392S... mine are "vintage".
i think i will defenatly grab some heaver pellts then. i was just unsure of what would be to heavyi am guess, but do the lighter fly the straightest?the way i am seeing it in my mind is say i sight in my scope with a heavy pellet at say 100 feet at 50 feet i would be shooting high corect?but with a lighter pellet would fly more straight so sighted in at a 100 feet it would still be close at 50 feet?like i say i am going to get some more pellets a bit closer to pay day, just investigating.thanks guys and gals!!pan
My old Sheridans all shoot 600-670fps with the maximum 8 pumps. I very rarely pump those 8 times, so JSB's in 13.73, or 15.89 both do well. Sheridans are inherently accurate anyway, so virtually every pellet will shoot good enough for the average shooter.
My Blue Streak does have a definite preference for Polymags, though the JSBs domes are good for reaching out farther.
