Awesome
Very good shooting , NC Gal. At what distance was that ?
You would think at first glance that those Benji cylindrical pellets would have much better accuracy than a Wasp waisted high drag style pellet. I mean after all they do sort of look like a regular bullet, but as we know they just aren't as accurate as a Wasp waist JSB style pellet for some reason. Maybe finding the correct rate of twist or combo of other factors would have been more helpful.I always liked the looks of the Benjamin Sheridan pellet design, but it's just not in the cards I suppose.Just look at this image. Doesn't that baby just look like it wants to fly on and on.

Doesn't that baby just look like it wants to fly on and on. all depends on the gun. I've got two dans that will put every one through the same hole. just so long as I don't mess up and pull one. That's how mine was ( key word was)
I'm sorry.... I wasn't meaning to imply that the Benjamin Sheridan cylindrical pellets were not accurate. I was just saying that it's strange how their accuracy is bested by a high drag design style pellet at longer ranges. I was referring to ranges of 50 yards or so on out to 100+ yards. Sure at close range to do very well, but I was only referring to much longer ranges than 10 or 20 yards. Sorry, I should have been more clear.
