Title: I Will be Unable to Host any Event This Year

Hi All,

Seeing as how I have hosted fun shoots this past couple of years, I think I should formally say that I'm NOT going to host anything this year. I've been stricken with Super-Fun Mystery Illness and am in no shape to shoot, much less host an event. Even though we have no idea what's wrong, it's prettyevident it's going to last through the summer. Of course I want to host, but it's just not going to happen.

So, I look forward to seeing all your wonderful faces in photographs sometime this summer after someone else volunteers for a party!

Sorry to hear this Joe. I've been meaning to text you, sorry to hear things aren't getting better.

I was looking to show off the new play toy at a spring shoot but will do it when I can.

Very sorry about your health Joe. I hope you at least come to visit the club and maybe shoot off a bench. A nice relaxing day awaits at Hickory Hill.
I would like to host, BUT my schedule changes and I can't commit to any calendar responsibilities.
Get some 2nd and 3rd opinions about your condition. Mayo clinic sure has a good reputation.

I actually got worse! Just my luck.

Oh well.

I've got an appointment with the Cleveland Clinic in a few months and we're collecting hail-Mary ideas to try in the mean time. Stuff with at least initial research behind it though.  We're not on essential snake oils just yet.

I moved in with my mom and the rest of the family comes by a lot. My uncle is the guy who first got me into airguns as a kid, so I've been collecting videos and posts to show him.

My uncle was the guy who showed me that pistol! Once I'm healthy I can just borrow his if I ever get the itch again. :P

Not sure what it is you have Joe but I will say this. After a dismal experience at the Cleveland Clinic where they basically wrote her off, my Mom went to the James at OSU in Columbus. The remainder of her days were greatly extended and much better for her.

Yeah, who knows what could happen? I'm not the kind of guy who operates with expectations so we're just doing what we can and see if anyone has any good ideas!

Also SOMEONE needs to get a fun shoot organized! It's already April guys! Do you guys not like fun?
