It's been awhile since I shot my Hatsan 130QE 8mm smoothbore shotgun. I can shoot shots of any size shot as long as I dont exceed 50 grains. I have loaded them with several sizes. including .22 and .177.
Today we will be shooting #8 shot
The gun was disassembled and the barrel bored to 8mm with a slight choke then polished. A brass sleeve installed on breach side of barrel to accept the slightly smaller gel capsules size 0 at 7.65 mm. The gas ram was custom sealed and the bar increased to 173bar. Shroud was cut down with baffling remover and a bead front sight installed, trigger parts cleaned, polished and adjusted the gun resembled and properly lubricated. The gun was ready to shoot.,
