The term dry fire can mean two different things 1. to fire with no pellet in the barrel 2. to fire with no air in the cylinder. Im referring to the second. Do Not dry fire the valve with no pressure in the cylinder but its fine to fire with no pellet as long as there is pressure in the cylinder.

Wow. Thanks for this. So the video is correct and my understanding of the SS was wrong. You guys might want to clarify this on your website as well. I never did either one with my SS, but I fully thought you were warning against the 1st.

Doesn't the depinger become unnecessary with a reg.

I was thinking about dojjng all these on my mrod with the exception of using the Huma regs with built in gauge hole. A lot of money though and want to be confident it is worthwhile.

Great Job on the vid!  This will be the yardstick by which all other Marauder how-to videos will be measured.

Wow Haji!
That is the best video I have ever seen on the tech end of things big thumbs up. I wish this was around when I was doing my hill valve and HUMA reg install. Text book all the way.
You the man Haji

Correct, it doe snot need to be put back in but in this video I tried to address all configurations. You may have noticed that I kept saying if you are not putting in a regulator you will be reinstalling your pressure gauge block which would go hand and with the depinger being installed.
When the video was complete I took all back apart and only had the items that were appropriate in my build. Good question though, hopefully my response answers it.

I just got mine last week and must say it is a great product. The finish actually matches the shroud better than my old one and everything fit perfectly. The install went very good maybe a couple hours and the weight of the rifle now is so much better. I really learn a lot from watching these instructional videos. Thanks

Thanks for finding the new home for the vid Haj. I ordered the tube last week and should be receiving shortly. I will watch the vid again before I begin the rebuild.

Hey Haj..
Basically posting to bring the thread back to the top. I'm installing my JSAR tube w/gauge hole this morning and I want to refer to your video as I go if I need to. I've watched the video a couple times and it really does give me confidence that the install will go smoothly.
Thanks again for making this video. It's by far one of the best made tutorial videos I've watched for any air gun upgrade.

Great Video. Does the same comply for the .25 cal? Also I noticed this video is a couple of years old and I purchased my Marauder November of 2019, do you know if there have been any changes that would prevent me from using this information to upgrade my Marauder?
