Benjamin model 137 safety parts needed

I have a Benji mid to late 70’s pump up pistol (.177) that has a loose safety switch. I think its the model 137. I assume either the safety spring is broken or possibly a ball bearing missing? Looking at a parts schematic it might be the part no. 153, 154, 156??
Is this common on these older pistols to have the safety behind the trigger to move back and forth without resistance?
If so, where might I find the couple of parts I believe to be at fault?
Another question is when pumping up, the pump handle tends to pop out of position before firing. Do I adjust the pump rod “in or out” to keep pump handle in position before firing?
Comments appreciated!

There’s a spring and a ball in there, acts as the detent to hold the safety in fire or safe position. Mike Baker here on this site will have them, he uses the alias ‘Mike Baker’. Shoot him a private message here.
There’s a kind of link spring under the pump arm that holds it in place, sounds like it may be broken or missing. Mike will probably have those too, but they are kinda involved if you have to drive out the rivet, etc. Tim Mac has a method to replace the spring without tearing it down, shown in a youtube video. I can’t find it right now but maybe someone else can refer you. I’ll check back later if not.

I adjust my pump length so that it touches with the handle about 1" from closing. That resistance usually will keep the pump handle closed.
