All my Flashpups (4) fill without any problem, but a wonder if there was a change in the fill port and fill probe, maybe they shifted the fill port hole over to one side and the fill probe you used maybe too short between the o-rings..... just a thought, hard to have 3 guns in a row have the same problem, did you lube probe with Silicone grease or oil? excess grease could plug fill port, but the factory could have had a batch of bad fill ports too, I know most Airguns outfits are in High production mode due to the high demand, so quality control may be much less.
I've always filled mine from the right side and no issues but possible?? The new side lever took that part out of play since you can only insert the probe from the right side which has a small o-ringed cap on it. Lame guess is shooters got tired of the push out plug, Hatsan actually listened and the left is now solid.

OK guys I got the new rifle in today. You guys that own these flash pops I definitely need your help. This is my fourth one as you know. And unless I'm doing something wrong there appears to be an air leak. Let me tell you what I did and you can tell me where I went wrong. I pulled the bolt all the way back and locked it in the rear position. I then filled the rifle to just under 200 bar. I left the bolt in that all the way back and locked position. Went back about three hours later and it dropped from about 190 bar to about 160 bar. Now remember I left the bowl in the fully cocked and locked back position. Should the pressure had dropped with the bolt in that position? Another words in about three hours it dropped from 190 bar to 160 bar about 30 bar. Any ideas what's going on? Should the bolt be closed and in the discharge position after filling the rifle or should it hold air with the bolt open and locked after being filled? Thanks for the help guys.

Just a piece of advise. Hypothetically the bolt being back shouldnt impact thr psi as thr hammer is what hits the valve which is being sealed by the HPA behind it. I don't have this gun, though, but still don't leave a gun cocked saftey 101. If you are not saying cocked but rather bolt position (like 12 O'clock vs 3 O'clock or whatever the configuration is on your gun) that shouldnt matter either for a leak (again I don't have this rifle so just a guess). As I said, not a fan of Hatsan. I made that mistake twice and won't make it 5 times. I admire your determination though. You will likely have to keep buying them until you get your golden goose. I'd advise you to maybe find a used one from someone you trust, but of course no warranty or return either with that route. Best of luck.
My .25 in wood is the same way. It's a couple years old now and has that push through plug. The Flash in .22 I had and now sold also did. Why I figured shooters complained/suggested, Hatsan actually listened and at least on those new side levers, changed it so it now has that push in plug and sealed on the other side to keep dirt and gunk out of there.
