Nice shooting Jimmy!   Looks like the new Accu-Tac bipod had a great first showing.

Is that the stock moderator that comes on the Boss? Looks like it is loooooooong.  I saw your post on GTA about the various bipod and rests used at RMAC.  I also liked Stoti’s setups.

Starting to think hard on the advantages of a good mechanical front rest vs. my Accu-Tac.  Why, you might ask?

Because I am noticing that more and more competition BR shooters are using them.  I have a Randolph front rest that I use for my custom Anschutz 1907 .22 LR and it does lock down the front and mid sections of the gun.

I noticed CC, and several others were using them at RMAC.  Coincidentally, they did well and their scores also reflect same.

But, 80% of others used Bipods, of which most were Accurate-Tacs.

Tom, since you have both the "Randolph" and the Accu-Tac, maybe you can do some comparison shooting for us? Should be interesting. I like that adjustable bi-pod Rus Bear was using at RMAC. Seem's a lot of the Russians use them.

So do I.  I'm going to ask how much they cost.  I think he designed them.

Good idea but my Randolph does not seat well with the bottle guns.  Meaning…..I  can’t easily adjust for air rifles.

Might need an adapter but it would be a good test or comparison.

Thanks for tallying the ongoing results. I put them in the top post so people don't have to look for them (also modified the header to maybe draw interest). When the final results are in, I'll change the header.

Nice shootin' all.

Hey Carl

The poll is still open, but I can tell you a majority voted for 1st of the month to the last day of the month.  The verdict is in!

Yeah, I think there were 2 polls right? I voted in one but not the other. I think.
I voted for the 1st to the end of the month.
Anyway, looks like we have time for another target or 2.

Yes and yes for 2022.  I inadvertently created two polls, which are essentially the same.  Should only be one poll and I will close as I think 30 days are about up.
