The old 760s were smooth bore. Maybe one of those?
Daisy 35 is best bet, and from what I understand the 880 stock works on it for length of pulll, and I'm not positive but the 901 forend works on it as well. So if you get "pink" get the "Shadow 880" rear stock, and the black 901 forend and you'll have a black bb shooter. jmho
*SNIP* Also if a Daisy 499b barrel could be fitted to any of these guns? That would be a big plus! *SNIP*
Interesting thread. There's a new match gate for 5 meter BB shooting. So far we have three participants and we're all shooting with Red Ryders. It would be great to get some new participants with some different BB guns shooting with us. Match #2 is going on now and the score to beat is 94/100.
I've got a pink camo 35 tgat I picked up from Walmart when they were $18. It is very accurate. You can do a tape mod for accuracy. I think mist 880 mods work with it. I filled the piston. It feels pretty solid too. It just looks like a "Muddy Girl's" bb gun. I do believe the current BSA Daisy is a model 35 also.Notes after the piston mod:645 with crosman 7.9 hp671 with BBs
