They replace them Dan. They're made in China so they don't have a facility here to repair them. Simply exchange units. I've returned more than my fair share of UTGs and always got an exchange. Their warranty is good. Personally I gave up on them because I got tired of stuff going back and forth.

Personally I gave up on them because I got tired of stuff going back and forth. When I first added air guns as a hobby I was buying refurbished and closeout springers. I was using UTG scopes and I had a 33% return rate so I stepped up to the etched glass 30mm models. I have two of those and with the one I'm returning today makes it a 50% return on the etched glass. I tried Hammers brand and that too was about a 50% return rate. As I have added better quality air rifles (Diana and Weihrauch) to my collection I have moved up to the Hawke Airmax line and I haven't had any of the problems I experienced with the <$100 scopes.
