Hey all!I’m new to the forums and thought I would check out the local scene.I didn’t realize it was so tough to find a place to shoot air rifles in the county.I brought my Benjamin to the indoor range at the gun store in Clairemont once. The range officer kinda freaked out thinking I had a suppressed magnum rifle Cocking and loading a break barrel indoors at a range is awkward…
My understanding is that Cleveland National Forest doesn't allow for recreational shooting. There are some little patches of BLM land scattered around North County San Diego, but accessing them is something I haven't figured out yet. The people who do know how to get to these places keep their mouths shut, and probably rightfully so.

That’s how I would play it. Statist jiu jitsu, aka using the law and interpreting it to your advantage as far as possible.
