Title: Plinking Near Garberville?

Thinking about our annual camping trip up in the Garberville area and would really like to haul my Sumatra and get in some plinking and stretch beyond my backyard 35 yard distances. Anyone know of any areas I can plink up there?

Having lived in Laytonville for couple years ( Just south of Garberville ) ... getting off the 101 finding public lands is really tough !!
You will fine a bit of access right out of Garberville as you head east right out of town on Alderpoint road

Garberville is just west of the Mendocino NF.
"caniborrowsomeammo" and I were up there in early May.
You will find tons of GS at the lower elevations.
Careful,. though.
There is reservation land there too.
