Hey Tommy,
My understanding of the current regulations in Colorado from the Colorado Parks & Wildlife 2016 Colorado Small Game publication are the following:
-To hunt Eurasian Collared-Doves, European Starlings, House (English) Sparrows, and other invasive species you must have and carry a hunter education card.  These species may be taken at night with the use of artificial light and night vision equipment.  Commercial hunting is prohibited, as is receiving or attempting to receive compensation by hunting them.  Pretty much anything else will need to have a small game hunting license.
-Eurasian Collared-Doves may be taken year-round with unlimited bag and possession limits
-European Starlings and House (English) Sparrows may be taken year-round with unlimited bag and possession limits
-Coyote may be taken year-round with unlimited bag and possession limits
-White-tailed, Black-Tailed, and Gunnison's Prairie Dogs may be taken year-round with unlimited bag and possession limits on private land.  On public land, the season runs from Oct. 1 to the end of Feb, 2017.  Not sure what the season is for 2017-18.
I hope that helps.  If you want to know about other species, pick up a Colorado Parks & Wildlife Colorado Small Game publication
