When I haven't shot my springers for a while, I forget how they "like to be held" and I have to go through a little trial and error to find the proper hold. This can be frustrating because some days I can't find the best hold for accuracy and I feel like I waste time, energy and pellets in shooting a good rifle inaccurately.
So I set about to test each springer and write down the hold and which pellets the rifle shoots best and then hung the notes on the gun cabinet with a magnet. I actually typed it up on the computer in a clear format. More info can be added over time to round out your information on each gun.
I find that when I choose a gun to shoot, I take a quick look at the paper, hold the gun in the right places, I have a more enjoyable time shooting that gun AND hitting the target.
Sharing something I found to be helpful. Enjoy shooting, cheers!
