Anyone know where to get someting to seal the quick couplers ? 1/8"

Is it a foster fitting that's leaking? If so is it the actual quick connect or the threaded side?

Threaded side.. tried teflon tape but think I need derlin washer and trying to find somewhere to get them..

Unless it's an npt fitting, the teflon tape isn't going to help, in fact it could make it worse.
