Cheeseburgers 🍔 fried in the cast iron skillet on a propane burner and a LARGE salad with chopped romaine, kale, shredded broccoli 🥦 with homemade ranch and/or flavored balsamic vinegar. The girls brought me home a mocha from Starbucks earlier so that is my dessert 🍨.
Couple updated pics of what we cook up on the food truck.
Scott inspired me to request tonight's dinner: chili cheese dogs and chili cheese steak fries. While I love 'em, I just don't eat hot dogs often, so it really hit that special guilty pleasure spot! Washed it down with a cold, smooth Natural Ice.

Must have topped with cheese and melted it under the broiler? I love that you used bread slices. We used to make “ugly dogs” which were hot dogs fried in a pan with bbq sauce or ketchup. The sauce would thicken/carmelize and we would wrap them in slices of bread to eat. Those were days loooong ago when we were first married and before kids and when we were still kids.

However, as a kid I usually ate hot dogs with sliced bread. Unfortunately, it was Wonder bread. Probably the most unhealthy bread you could possibly buy! But, I'm not gonna lie, Wonder bread is yummy tasting. Sadly, the hot dog, back then, weren't any healthier than the Wonder bread. Then, there's the Pepsi I would wash it all down with. A nutritionist's total nightmare!
We are doing ok could be better but we need to venture out more. We have a few locations lined up so will see how that goes.
I scarfed down this spicy Philly cheesesteak dog below with tater tots, jalapenos and extra Baja sauce.
"Tic-Toc"...2 more weeks.
Because my Judy and I were getting our C-19 shots after noon today, I wanted to eat lite. Have you ever tried a 'potato salad sandwich'?
