I haven’t posted in a while, but I try to keep up with the latest good eats posts from you guys. I was in Park City, UT for the afternoon and had an early dinner. Braised short beef rib over mash potatoes and butternut squash raviolis. I wasn’t super hungry so I ordered off of the appetizers menu. I may go back one day this week for dinner.
I just had a huge chicken burrito with rice, beans, avocado, hot sauce. My wife made it for me and had to double wrap it because it was stuffed, as I am NOW.
Fried Chicken w/ a green chili and bean burrito.

Since you are thinking about going back, I'm guessing that those apps tasted as good as they look.
I was so hungry when I got home from work. I grabbed some Ritz, a chocolate chip granola bar and a fruit bar. I still feel the need for calories....

BUT, my burrito was made with Sundays Taco leftover meat, beans and the side rice. That's got to count somewhat. We grilled our soft corn tortillas in little avocado oil for the "Street Tacos" we had Sunday. They end up browned but soft but don't fall apart. They were authentic Mexican Style the same as my Son-in-law's Mexican Catering "World Famous Tacos" fixes them.
Rumor has it that Betty Lou is building some Italian subs for lunch.
