Well what I know about it is it has Carne Asada, Carnitas, Bacon, Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, a little Cilantro, Several Cheeses and Jalapeńos and three large eggs and I add fresh Salsa. It comes with Biscuits and gravy too, is plenty for two meals for me and it is delicious. It is a family owned Café in the old down area. There is almost always a wait to be seated and it was packed today. I got busy working outside after we got home and I didn't stop to eat anything else all day, I am hungry now. I need to go shower first though and get some CBD rubbed on my back. I'll say good night now, I doubt I will get back on until after Church tomorrow night.
It looks amazing too! For the first time in a week I was finally able to drive out of my place so I tried Sonic's new Philly cheesesteak hotdog with jalapenos and it was good! Took me 3 attempts to get back into my driveway from all the ice on the road but I made it.
Last night, after working on a Saturday, coming home to shoot some new pellets through the Parrus and a hot shower... my wife made the best burgers I’ve had in awhile... the pictures don’t do the meat justice. These things were huge, and she’s the one who seasoned them, but she did say she put some red-pepper jelly into the mix of herbs and spices she used. And those chips were new to me, a good addition to a burger with a little spice. Neither were too spicy, just right together though.
I've passed by this place for years, but have never stopped in. While I love donuts, I just rarely ever buy them. Well, today, I decided to go in, if for nothing more, than to support a local business. Now, I know why they've been around for such a long time!
