Differences in the Maccarri tune kits for Gamo

Hi all
I have a Gamo Big Cat i am thinking of home tuning but not sure which Maccarri kit to get - the E3650 or the Tarantula kit. Not sure if the Tarantula is even available though since the part alone says sold out but the does not.
Any other advice on parts to replace or purchase? I see the spring may need washers. What kinds? How many?
BTW - Just sent for the GRT-III trigger so that mod is already in the works.
Thanks

I used the 3650 spring in my big cat and hunter. I think the difference is the number of coils. I didnt use any washers in mine but i have an old big cat. You dont have to use any special washers if you want to put them in. You can use ones from the hardware store. Polish them before you put them in to reduce friction of the moving parts.

I've used the E3650 spring in a couple of rifles and it's a drop in fit and works great. I could be mistaken but I think the Tarantula requires a custom spring guide, or at least some work on the stock guide.... I'm sure one of the pro tuners will chime in and either confirm or debunk my suspicion.... I just think I remember reading that somewhere but like I said I could easily be wrong.
Anyway, the 3650 springs work very well and just drop right in. I'd go with that

The E3650 spring is used with stock guides along with the NEW GAMO TESLA piston seal. Ed
