Was wondering what would pull more power out of the 2240?
Get an honest opinion is all i'm saying
Here is the math
That is why the valve in a Disco (which is only designed for a 2000 psi MSWP (maximum safe working pressure) is held in place with THREE 8-32 screws.... Will the suddenly released air at 3000 psi simply vent without a problem?.... Maybe, maybe not?.... Would I like to have it next to my cheek at the time.... Nope....
I have two Hi-Pacs, one on a 2240 and the other on a 2400KT. Both use the extensions as well. I also pinned both valves with 2, 8-32 screws as well as the stock screw. It's not difficult to do and it's relatively inexpensive. Currently i fill both guns to about 2500 PSI. Better to be safe.

Where did you place the second screw?
