I see these around for sale,Webly Jaguar in 22 at 750 fps for 100bucks or so.Does anyone know anything about them?

They are a turkish made Hatsan i think and are strong shooters and probably good guns. I've never heard a bad thing about them, except for their triggers which are a bit tough. I want one just for the green stock, if nothing else. The deal you see on them here on this forum seems like a good one to me. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than myself will add to this. J

Hatsan rifles are one of the few makers that come close to their velocity claims with standard weight pellets and NOT light weight/ alloy made pellets that aren't worth a &^^& to begin with. Yes the triggers on the older versions are rough and heavy but they can be tweeked to decent performance. The newer triggers (quatros I think) are a step up from what I've heard and may respond even better with a once over. Good Luck, tjk

Paul Self is the one that does the postings on those Webleys. He shoots with us often and I have never heard of a bad deal associated with him. If you will send him an email I am sure he will answer any questions. I believe he has a website, raneair or something like that.

Webley or hatsans the walthers these beasts like tjk said come close to the advertised fps and are known to be very powerfull I have some money obligations I need to take care of but when its said and done ill be purchasing 3 webley jags from paul .paul is a good guy picked up 3 magnum scopes from him .
