Well if PA knowingly sent a marred TX200 to ivanpros after inspecting all the TX200s for hzyl0402 and telling him all of them had the same problem then they should be ashamed. They should have marked down all of there TX200s or sent them all back to the distributor for replacement. You just don't keep that stuff in stock if you know it's damaged. Otherwise you are doing just what I implied in my last post, "Trying to make a buck regardless of QC". Where is the honesty in selling that rifle to ivanpros after seeing all were damaged, and what about sending hzyl0402 not 1 or 2 but 3 guns with blemishes. Sorry but $100.00 off would not cut it for me. I would ask them to allow me to use the gun until they got new stock in fully inspected pictures sent to me then a full exchange once things were agreed to be acceptable. I do not applaud PA for the current efforts as there has been no real resolution to the issue of blemished expensive guns.
I can agree to disagree but this is my opinion on it.

I am sure its more of the "hourly" worker effect and not the intent of the business owner to decieve customers. The owner has built a good size business up why risk it for a handful of rifles???
