Thanks for this advice. I think returning the gun would not be an option that I would like. I'd rather just take the loss of the pellets.
Whirlygig, that looks like a decent gun. Can you verify if the breech block is made of metal or plastic? And is the breech pivot tension adjustable, or is it pinned? Also, you mentioned in your video you were concerned about your wrist being injured if you were holding the barrel when it let loose. But the barrel cannot spring open with more force than it took to close it, so you would be able to control it and keep your fingers. So be safe and hold that barrel!
Good luck getting any service or satisfaction from UPS or FedEx, they apparently hire the lowest intelligence scum with zero ethics these days. My packages are constantly damaged, lost or contents stolen and it doesn't matter how much of a stink I raise they don't care. As long as you received a package, regardless of condition or even if the contents are still in it, their job is apparently done. Ordering freight for almost 40 years with very rare problems and it's a regular occurrence these last couple years and getting worse. A lot of it seems purposeful, my ammo will be so smashed up now the rounds will be broken out of the factory packaging and loose no matter how well packed. Anything heavy is thrown around and abused by the lazy turds employed by these companies and it seems to be encouraged by the regularity. The company selling the product will usually take care of you and often claim they will take it up with the shipper but I don't think anything comes of it because these problems keep getting worse. I never thought I would see the day when I would prefer USPS to handle my shipments but it's here!/rant
Considering that I have no desire to criticize Krale, should I just forget about the pellets?
That's great to hear.Glad you don't have to take things to the next level or just lose out.
