I have done a lot of work to my pro sport, I shot it for 500 or so pellets had a few accuracy problems at first got them sorted out was the scope.
I took it apart and found a tight spot in the main action tube honed that out, Then I found that the trigger housing was sloppy in the main tube and the piston rod was rubbing on the top of the hole where the piston rod goes into the trigger when you put it back together the bolt pulled it to the bottom of the tube. So I made three brass buttons for the front of the trigger housing and three for the back put the housing in the lathe turned them to a tight fit and that fixed that.
Then I found that the piston rod was not turning central on the piston only a few thou but not perfect, fixed that. I made some new delrin buttons for the front of the piston chamber as they were a little sloppy and new delrin rings for the piston. then I made a new top hat that was tighter on the piston rod and a new spring guide that was tighter in the spring and where it fit into the trigger housing.
Put it all back together and it was so smooth to cock and shoot and a way quieter just a thunk and accuracy was good.
Then I turned my attention to the stock, It was a nice looking stock but way to bulky for my liking so I slimed it right down in the pistol grip and the forend and now its the way I like it and the rifle is a pleasure to shoot. All I really done was take all the slop out of everything. I know I am going to get flamed for all this but thats ok its my rifle and I just love it. Steve!

While I don't have a Pro-sport, I do have a TX-200 and an HW98. Two totally different guns but both are truly amazing.
So glad I clicked on this thread.
I had visited Rowan Eng. back when when I got my AA S400-SL but could not remember where I saw the upgrade parts for them until now.
Thank You!
P.S.
Steve: I love your user name, I called my maternal Grand-Father "Grandad" and have been trying to get at least ONE of my 9 grand-kids to call me that, but none do.

LOL. All of my grand kids and even my son and daughter in law all call me grandad, now most of my sons friends have all started calling me grandad, even my wife called me grandad one day, I had to laugh. Steve!
