Your wadcutters punch a nice clean hole. Mine make a ragged ripped hole.Do use a heavy backing behind the paper target?

Unfortunately we both remember when we could go the local hardware store and they would have everything you needed. Now with the absents of the Ma & Pa's hardware stores we have to rely on the True Value and Ace outlets which only stock what their suppliers tell them to and are fast moving products. Sadly these good old days will never return.
Very nice, looks like another Gem.Is this in original condition or restored?

If I would have shot on hi power it would have done much better at printing. I'm thinking about charging up my Ted Williams soon for one of these targets too. That Ted has much better power on low and prints really good with a fresh piece of cardboard behind it. I do like the low power on the S&W because I get a boatload of shots from it that way. I sure do miss the mill supply store that was in this town once upon a time when our industry was still alive. You could buy about anything you wanted there and it was all made here in the U.S. to boot. Buying any spring you could imagine was possible there.
Been shootin' this-un ever since I introduced it on the UK gate. https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=184987.0
