Very nice! I should try that for my crosman pistols.

PCP/CO2/HPA Air Gun Gates "The Darkside" / Re: No more birds

No shortage of birds here in Tn around me, but I also feed them every other day and will soon be moving to every day as cooler weather approaches. Electric wires toward dusk just covered in thousands of starlings around town, but not many near my house, guess the word got out.

At 5 Pounds and about 26" this little gun is a joy to carry.

With 185 FPE on tap with the Airbolts and 150 with the 200gr bullets she is a perfect short distance, thick environment big game hunter.

Are some big bores better with Airbolts than others? My next PCP will be a big bore that can sling bolts, and I really like the PBBA Pro 20, but wonder if the shot shell capability is worth it. Hoping to stay between 200 - 250 bar to avoid booster pumps and the hassle that comes with 300 bar tanks.

I found the REX platform just a perfect Airbolt shooter, power increases with the weight of the projectile.

I did test the Dragon claw .50 with bolts and was great, but next I will buy a REX .50 to shoot bolts out off

100 Yard Match / Re: More Difficult Match Target Poll
« Last post by tommy2toes on Today at 06:45:22 PM »
Thanks, Jimmy.... We tried really hard to do our homework when we set up NUAH and agreed on the targets.... and the requirements for Membership and the different Divisions.... I am a bit surprised that very few shoot at 150-200 yards, and nobody so far has qualified at 300, even as a Member!.... The idea was to offer a challenge for everyone, but not make it so difficult that we only ended up with a handful of members.... We now have over 100, so I think we got it right!....

The matches actually came along a bit later.... It would be nice to see them get more popular.... I think enough guys shoot, they just don't bother posting if they can't beat or come close to what is already posted.... It's a shame, really, as mostly you are trying to improve, using the equipment and skills you have....  8)

I just voted to leave Ď as is. Ď

My rationale is that I think we might discourage new shooters from trying their luck.  Honestly, itís difficult for many folks to have access to even 100 yards and thinking about 200 yards or further with an air rifle, is almost unimaginable to a vast majority of BR Airgun shooters.

The new target would be humbling!!

Tom

I just don't have enough time, unfortunately.... even though I am retired....  ::)

All kinds, if they have a small Hollowpoint like the NSA they really cave inwards when shot into a Phonebook.

Not Firearm ammo tho, only made for airguns bullets

If you want to sell it let me know.
I can always add more parts to my give away pile  ;D

I shot many hollowpoint bullets into hard mediums like the above stated Packed Phonebook and rather then expand they cave in

What manufacturer, or are you talking about cartridge ammo? I don't really know a whole lout about ballistics, and most of my experience with PB weapons were full metal jacketed ammunition.
