It will shoot the CPHP okay but the JSB 18s are what it likes best. The CPHP will throw the occasional flyer about every four or five shots. The JSBs will only toss a flyer once in a blue moon and it is much tighter to the group. I am shooting this rifle at what I consider optimum range for a 16 fpe rifle, 12 yards. Typical five shot group with the JSB 18s:Even my Urban will toss the occasional flyer with the CPHP pellets but much tighter group and much less often. But the JSB pellets cost multiples of the Walmart $7.00 for 500 pellets. So I suppose I can live with it. Best groups with either pellet happens at about 1,000 to 1,600 psi. As it comes, the 3622 is good for plinking quality for 30 shots.Nice report…..I have a 1377 steel breech, with a Williams peep already mounted ….I need to get a .22 probe ….my intention is to try that setup when mine gets here…..good luckPhil, I looked though my spares and didn't see a .22 bolt. If I had one I'd send it to you. Sorry man, all I saw were the brass take offs from the plastic breeches. I've seen folks reuse those but the knobs are press fitted or peened in.

So Crosman dropped the Disco then came out with this one ?....Interesting.
The Disco did not attract me at all. The Disco is heavier and longer than even my Marauder SL. The 3622 is much smaller, lighter, shorter, thinner and all around more svelte than the comparatively larger Disco. I am sure Crosman makes a few dollars selling the steel breeches but the vast majority of people who purchase a 3622 will never even know there is a steel breech upgrade that will fit. The breech and sights that come on the 3622 work fine at 20 yards and with only 16 fpe on tap, that is about the useful range. Crosman put a PCP on a diet and stripped it to the essence and essential core for a plinker/small game hunting rifle .

Finally got to shoot my 3622 today. What a nice lightweight AG. Really like this one. The delay was for the hand pump. First one was defective and shipping back and forth took forever. The hand pump I ended up with is not perfect, but it will do. Hope I can get out tomorrow and adjust the sights, check grouping, etc. I bought the steel breech but so want to use it right now that it is “as shipped” for a while. This thing is a lot of fun for sure.
The 3677 and 3622 are coming. Anyone else planning to order? How long will you leave it stock? https://www.crosman.com/crosman-3622-pcp?utm_source=Klaviyo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Product_Launch_3622-3677&utm_id=01HNHSEPGSS9T5YHWH6K84J2BC&_kx=pdOURqMGEdp0SflTErRue_WfGBhuZqhVWE2XI_aKtz4%3D.Vb3d8T
I might take mine apart and try to shim the barrel spacers, I think the receiver might have been tapped a few degrees off center and it causes the gun to shoot an inch to the right at about 10 yds adjusted all the way for windage. Anyways is there an easy way to “degas” the gun so it’s safer to work on or do you just keep firing it? This is my first PCP
