I think if it were me I would try a different scope. I would want to eliminate possible problems and the scope, being the easiest to change, would be my choice of starting points.I got lucky the one and only (as far as I remember) time one fell it went 6' off the shooting bench up on the deck and stuck barrel first 3" deep into the dirt below. First thing I did was duck and cover because it was a PCP and I had an instant vision of a pipe bomb exploding.I pulled the gun out of the dirt, degassed and cleaned the barrel. I checked it for anything that may have jarred loose. I aired it back up slowly and everything worked fine, accuracy was still there and I've had zero issues since then... that was around 4 years ago.
Morning Steve...It just so happens that I received to rebuild kits kits for a couple metal/metal 880 guns today that have been waiting for me to get back to.The Jet 2 that didn't pass muster and got sent back opened a window for me while I wait on a replacement to tinker wit the Daisys.I've already finished one of them this morning and I'm fixin' to check it it out for accuracy. When I'm satisfied with that one I'm gonna jump on the other one.
