My 2240 is a bit of a habit now/already . it is so easy to pick up and shoot . I find a few shots before breakfast while the toast is cooking is a good way to start the day . Lot of good suggestions here to follow up but so far been happy with painting the back of the foresite bright red and forming a decent crown on the barrel. It feels nice in the hand with stock grips
The little pistol is not going well so far .o3 questions.1 The piercing probe makes a very small hole in cartridge cap when the end cap is tightened .. there is no pssssh of gas as there is on my cr 600. It pierces a hole of about 1.5 mms .2 it takes a couple of dry fires to get the gas through to fire a pellet.3 The best it can do is 200 fps with a 14.66 gn pellet. I am sure the whole problem is the piercing probe.I have returned it to the dealer for a warranty claim.

That's not how it works. The end cap should be tightened hand tight, then dry firing the first time pierces the cartridge. Then load a pellet and enjoy about 50 shots at 400+ fps. Your first comment got my attention. Not saying that there isn't something else going on...Hope you get it sorted.
Greaat little gun. I can slip it in my pocket and slope off without getting quized about wha I am doing Still a bit short on accuracy. I think that might be partly pellets I have tried and mostly a wobbly hand . Two handed is not much beter and I haven't tried it rested from a bench yet That seems to shake the purpose of ahand gun.
