DIFTA Fun Shoot Saturday, August 9, Damascus, MD

Hi, folks. DIFTA is hosting a Fun Shoot this Saturday the 9th, at the WAC-IWLA near Damascus, MD! This is a great opportunity to try Field Target without all the cut-throat competition and seriousness of normal, "non-fun" DIFTA matches *grin*. We'll shoot a mellow FT match using targets that the shooters themselves select and place on the course. And of course, we will goof around and plink on the main airgun range. Target setup will begin at 9:00 AM and the firing will begin at 10:00 AM. There's no fee for the Fun Shoot.

If you have the slightest interest in Field Target, or you just enjoy plinking, please join us! Bring whatever air rifles and/or air pistols you like and have a good time. Or, bring only yourself: there should be plenty of guns to share and sample (regulars: remember to bring lots of guns!).
Paolo will provide scorecards, but the format of the match is completely free. If there's enough interest in shooting an FT-golf-style match, Paolo will work up some FT golf scorecards. Please chime in if you're interested.
