Favorite scope for under $50.

My vote goes to Leapers Golden Image 3-9x32. There are some decent 4 power scopes for under $50 but for target shooting and hunting at 20+ yards I prefer at least 9 power. It was the 1st scope I put on my RWS 34 Panther and in it's pretuned state it was kicking pretty good at 17+ FPE. The scope never flinched. It now has light duty on my Crosman 2260 where it gives me bullseye after bullseye. The adjusting turrets are as good or better than the ones on scopes I have that are almost 3 times the price and the glass is as good as any of them.  If Leapers ever comes out with a 4-12 or 4-16x40 with an illuminated reticle in their Golden Image series I'll be the 1st one to order it.

I give my vote also to the Leapers Golden  Image 3-9x32. I have one on my Gamo CFX .177. Hitting sub half inch groups at 25 yards, and the scope maintains its zero. Nice clear image at all the power levels, and the AO gives me nice clear view of the subject and mildots at close range (ie 16 feet). I also like the finger turrets, no screwdriver necessary. Got mine for like $45 at PA. I'm using the Leapers accushot one-piece high mount with mine.

The BSA 4x32AO does a good job for me.
