.25 Marauder and Pyramyd

Let me preface this by saying this is in no way a flaming thread towards Pyramyd Air. I just want to make that clear up front. I just got back in town from my trip out to Oakland and picked up my brand new .25 Marauder from the office. I had it delivered there since I didn't want it sitting outside for my "neighbors" to get to it. I felt like a kid in a candy store. A new gun and new pellets to play with. Well, some of my elation went south right away. I opened the box to inspect it and lo and behold, the packet with the manual, degassing tool and most importantly the clip, were no where to be found. But I still found a way to shoot her. I took her home, aired her up and let a few pellets fly. How you ask? Good ole tweezers! Not the way I wanted to shoot but oh well. I got her sighted in at 30 yrs and this thing is a dynamo. Very accurate and packs a wallop. I can't wait to hunt with this rifle. I plan on calling or emailing Pyramyd on Monday and hopefully they can rectify this somehow. I know accidents happen, and I'm sure it came this way from the factory. I'm just a bit disappointed that's all. But I LOVE my new toy!

Have no doubt that PA will take care of you properly.
I have made over a dozen various orders from them over the years, and they have always done me right.
They even overnighted my gas ram converted CFX after they had a weekend of a complete power outage.

I'm not too worried about it. The gun was double boxed and neither box showed signs it was gone into before I got it so I'm reasonably sure it was that way from the factory. With the demand for these things I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. I got the main part which was the gun. I can't seem to get this smile off of my face.

I am about to take the plunge into pcp and get a 25 cal marauder from pyramid

Well Schmidt you can't go wrong with this one. Extremely accurate and hits like a freight train. My shooting has been limited but the little I have done has been phenomenal. But I'm not too hard to please. You won't regret the purchase. But I have to tell you I am now looking into getting a tank. It is somewhat of an air hog. But it will be fun being able to tweak the settings and get some more power out of her without having to worry about pumping so much.
