Help in purchasing a scope

Hello Fella's
Had just purchased a AAtx200HC & only have about 500 rounds through it & it all ready killed the scope.
When I purchased the riffle from  P/A they recommended an AirForce 4-16x50AO scope so I bought it.
What I liked about the scope is that is was  light & it has 16 power.
What I did not like was that it only had 4 mil dots & they were hard to see I would rather of had 6 mil dots.
The turret on the top has no lock in click anymore it just free wheels.
Anyway I will return it but would like some direction on a good scope that maybe has 6 mil dots & 16 or better power that
would hold up. Also I have 1" scope mounts all ready.
I also had just returned a leapers that took a dump on my Benjamin Trail NP.
But it has been over a month so I had to send it to Leapers & now they are replacing it.

I have a couple of Leapers 4x16x50 scopes, one of them on my TX200 MKIII and they are two of my favorite high powered scopes....
