Looking for help or advise on this old Benji 132

It doesn't want to keep the pump arm up after pumping.

Any help would be appreciated. please look at the above post ^^. Thanks

Have you checked the lever hinge pin part #1311 to see if it's bent that would give the lever some play and keep it from locking up. Or maybe the holes have some ware?
