Looking for a shooting mat. Any ideas?

I'm looking for a shooting mat. Any ideas? Nothing expensive just something waterproof on the bottom to keep from lying on the wet ground.

Look at yoga mats. They come in varying thickness of closed cell foam and roll up for storage. They're full body length. Most are in the $20 price range.

I tried my daughter in law's yoga mat, it was only 24" wide. It was too narrow for a wide shouldered guy like myself.

Cut a piece of canvas or old lumber tarp. Should be plenty of old lumber tarps in Mississippi.

Hi Dan,
If you have a Sand & Gravel or Readymix company in the area, ask them if they have any old conveyor belt.
Typically, the belt would be at least 36" wide, and very heavy (thick).
I don't think they would charge you very much for a small section of the belt. Just an idea....
