Colchester Gamekeeper TDR prototype?

I thought I would try to ask the USA fountain of knowledge whether they recognize this Take Down Rifle?  it has no markings or serial numbers.  It was described as a prototype Colchester Gamekeeper at the recent Southams auction in Bedfordshire.  Curiosity prodded me to buy it.  I understand that having taken over the Colchester Weapon Workshop in 1992, the Providence Arms Company Ltd of Colchester exported some similar TDR examples to the USA, hence asking all of you whether you might know any more.

the Colchester Gamekeeper was / is a takedown, multi caliber pcp that looked like a FAL. They had no wood furniture so that may be a prototype or a custom jobbie. Here in the US we only got 5 imported by the late Doc Beeman. I have seen only one. Rare, but so cool. They came in small briefcases fully disssembled. I still remember the old Ads for them... a very dapper gentleman on its way to a hunt, inside a train or subway, with its little case, none the wiser of its content...

To be honest. the rifle in the pic difers quite a lot to the colchester GK i know of... the pistol grip is very similar to the Benjamin pistol grips of the HB and EB series... also, the GK was a Bottle gun, and the receiver was a massive, blocky job, and i dont recall the cocking bolt being as shown... pic is not very clear... but i may be wrong. as you said, if its a prototype it may be pre production.
