Today I became a puppy parent :)

Belle's sire is 108 lbs. and her dam is 88 lbs. so she ain't gonna be small.

We have two big airline kennels in our living room.  They serve as end tables for the couch.  Because we lived in a travel trailer for many years the memsahib trains all our dogs to get in the "crate" on command.  They know to stay in the crate when she is cooking and when we are eating.  Belle is new to this but she is catching on.  After dinner the dogs wait for the least sign that we are done as their clue to come out.  They know they have to wait until we are done before they get their dinner.

He has an internal clock. Never fails, at 5am and 5pm he starts stomping his feet to be fed. He gets Boss going and she start whining. I swear they could start their own band.
