LOl first air rifle I've bought and picked up ammo later. Should be here tomorrow. Added my bugbuster to keep it light. 3lbs 4oz with scope. Also purchased bigger tank with regulator.

My 22 element is eerily light, I imagine that 30 is as well. Hope you enjoy it, mines been a good shooter. I’ve got the big air tube/regulator but haven’t installed it yet, lol.

Thanks Dave that’s great news. I plan on getting the .22 also. I need to check and see if they can get .177.

My 22 element is going to be my main squirrel getter this year. Also have a bugbuster on it, along with a tatsu.
I've had pretty good luck with the hn 21.14 grainers. Well, the 5.51s anyhoo.
When (if) you put the big regulated tank on, let us know how she shoots. I wanted to get the regulated tank but didn't. May get one sometime.

I hope they have changed the design of the regulated large tube. When I first it, I installed and aired it up, shot it.  All was fine. Next day, checked it and it had leaked past the gauge by the fill port. In doing so, it allowed the plenum pressure to push the regulator into the main tube. Past the small lip that is supposed to locate it. I had a hard time getting it out without damaging it or the tube. Point being, check for leaks and don’t degas the high pressure side.

Did you give feedback on this problem to AEA? I noticed there’s no pressure gauge for the reg side.

So I tried screwing in the regged tube plenum end of the larger tank. Could not get it to screw on the rifle,felt like it wanted to cross thread. So I backed off trying to put on the regged tank on. Will be talking to the dealer.

With pressure-retained in tube regs, a leak on the high pressure side can really not so good.....

These light little guns are very tempting.....very cool, thanks for sharing.

About 200b shooting 45.68 pellets 775,793,828,826,821,810 had to single feed pellets to big for mag. Going to need a ldc for sure.

A .22 tuned for JSB 18gr 850-900fps would be ideal for me. 

I was telling someone recently---.300, I have a love hate relationship with that caliber.  When I enjoy it, I truly enjoy it.   But once I am over it, well its parts sit in the junk bin for extended periods of time.  80fpe in .300, I would rather do that in .250.  150fpe in .308, I would rather do that with .357.....

No, just fixed it to my liking and moved on.

Dang I even tried pulling the oring and screwing on the tank adaptor and still a no go. I don't see any buggered threads.

I may be remembering wrong but one of the AEA tubes has a 2start thread, not sure if it’s this one

2start thread? Never heard of such a thing lol! I turned it down and been shooting 438/426 fps drops poi 1/2 mil dot.

It just means that it has two separate threads rather than a single thread. It can be threaded on from two different positions 180 out from each other. It has an advantage in thin tubes because thread depth can be shallow (leaving tube thickness) but still have a reasonable pitch so that it doesn’t take as many turns to screw it together.

Yep, best to rotate those counterclockwise until you feel the threads click into place before tightening.

I grabbed my visor checked out the threads looks to be a 2 thread alright. I marked the guns line up points and the adaptors still didn’t line up right to me and I’m not going to force it.

Ended up sending it back to Fox airguns so they could give it a shot. So they ended up ordering a new part for the gun. Got it back with the tank adapter installed. Now I need to find ammo it likes. Just tried some airgun slugs no luck.
