Are there any 34mm scope rings?

My main scope is an MTC SWAT 10x30.
I absolutely love the thing, and would be hard pressed to ever change to a  "regular" scope.

However, the bulk of my shooting is close-distance pesting, and it's extremely beneficial to get the scope as close to your gun barrel as possible.  (For less hold-over or turret adjustment when switching between close and distant targets.)
Unfortunately, the MTC's come with a very clever, very useful, but VERY tall angle-adjusting mount.

I can live without the angle adjuster (via careful use of shims)  and would LOVE to find some low scope rings instead,  but the MTC barrel is 34mm.
The only rings I've found so far are these Vortex ones:

Besides being expensive (OK, I can live with that)  they are a bit too wide to fit two of them on the MTC.  I could try just one, or maybe I could cut one in half for the front of the scope, but jeez.....


Any ideas for a thinner version?

Actually the higher mounted scope offers a flatter trajectory curve past your zero. 
 Cant becomes a bigger issue however.

Enter it in Chairgun and see.

True, but it's not a big difference until you get past 50 yards, or if you go TOO low.   and I almost never hunt at that distance.
 (IIRC,  I made charts for down to 2" above bore.  Below that and your point starts to be a factor even 50 yards)


- And the amount you don't have to adjust at 7 - 10 yards is HUGE.

Those might be a good compromise.  I have to find out how thick they are, but they do look a hair thinner than the Vortex.  I have about 1.8" (front-to-back) to work with, so these might just fit.

Sadly, they are significantly taller than the Vortex,  but they have built-in angle adjustment which is great. I won't have to mess with tricky shims.) Plus, they appear to still be lower than the MTC's stock mount.
I think this is the way to go, unless something else is found.

No Google is not my friend!  I've been reading for a few hours and still can't find a definitive answer.  It's very important for my application.

One inch refers to the scope size the ring is compatible with ex: 30mm, 34mm, 1 inch. Most common is 1 inch second probably 30mm

Yes, when ring makers talk about low, medium, and high rings; they all have different heights.  There is no standard.
Some have diagrams that give all the dimensions, others do not....

I may not be able to fit two of the other brands side-by-side (the MTC Atom doesn't have much exposed tube to work with) so this Eaglevision, being extra-thick, might be perfect.
It's a bit taller than I wanted, but still lower than the stock MTC MOA unit.
Can you tell me the exact thickness?

Unfortunately, I cannot.  At the moment my guns are in storage is why.  They are tall but is what I needed for my 56mm objective.  I did have to raise my adjustable cheek rest to compensate for the height.
